Our custom home design process starts with a consultation to understand your lifestyle and preferences. From there, our in-house designer, Preslie Mekiney, will present a curated selection of ideas for each room in your home, from the outside in.
During the design phase, you’ll work closely with our team to choose from our curated palette of high-quality materials and finishes that complement the architectural style of your home.
The typical timeline for designing and building a custom Tradecraft home is 6-8 months from start to finish. This includes the design process, permitting, and construction.
Yes, sustainability is at the core of our design philosophy. Tradecraft Homes offers a variety of energy-efficient design options, including:
